Why We Exist.
Youth sport is a $50B industry running on instinct. The dropout crisis isn't a coaching problem - it's an infrastructure problem. No structured system exists to connect what a player experiences mentally, what a coach observes, and what a parent understands - week after week, season after season. Everyone in the system is trying.
Coaches want the best for their players. Parents want to help, but simply don't know how. Players carry the pressure alone. The intention is there - the infrastructure isn't.
